Reservations & Payments
To secure reservations, a deposit of 50% will be required.
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A
confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of deposit.
Personal and business checks are accepted along with
VISA/Mastercard. All payments made payable to Castle & Cooke
Resorts, LLC.
Cancellations
Unless the space can be filled, cancellations of 30 days or less
are 100% non-refundable. Monies can be transferred to another
available date.
Assumpton of Risk and Release
There are special risks and dangers involved when participating
in any hunting activity. Upon arrival, all hunters and guests
must sign a liability release. Refusal to sign a waiver form
may constitute a non-refundable cancellation.
We reserve the right to cancel any hunt if a hunter is under the
influence of alcohol at any time during the hunt, is unsafe in
the handling of firearms, violates any law or exhibits
unsportsmanlike behavior.
Licenses & Permits
Hunters must show proof of a Hawaii State Hunting License and/or
exemption letter.
For out-of-state hunters a State of Hawaii Non-Resident Shooting
Permit For Licensed Shooting Preserve permit will be issued upon
proof of possession of a hunting license from hunter's State or
Province. This permit is in lieu of a Hawaii State Hunting
License for game bird hunts only on private preserves.
- Regular Shooting Permit: $95.00
- One Day Shooting Permit Fee: $45.00
Safety Equipment
Palawai Outfitters will provide the following safety equipment:
bright orange safety vest and hat, safety glasses and ear plugs.
